Residential Community CDD is Hiring a Facilities Maintenance Assistant Near Tampa, FL
High-end residential community has a PART TIME (20 hours) opportunity for a Facilities Maintenance Assistant. The maintenance assistant will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the amenities within the community.
This will include, the following,
- Ensure the Beach Club is clean and organized inside and the outside of the building is clean and maintained.
- Ensure the amenities, tennis courts, basketball courts, and hockey rink are clean and in good repair.
- Ensure community is free of trash including trashcans.
- Complete any tasks assigned by facilities manager and report any deficiencies found during travels and completing tasks.
- Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Self-starter and able to follow basic instructions.
- High School Diploma
- Good work ethic and detailed oriented
- Available Mondays and Wednesdays 8:00am - 3:00pm and Fridays 8:00am - 2:00pm
- Must have handyman skills such as basic carpentry, light electrical, simple plumbing,
- Occasionally work outdoors in the Florida heat.
- Basic labor duties.
- Read a tape measure to the 16th.
- Must have knowledge of hand and power tools.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
